By befriending, we mean spending time together, sharing our lives and serving one another in love.
Just as importantly we desire to share, in one way or another, truth that will
strengthen you in your journey with God!
Creekside Christian Fellowhip is not affiliated with a denomination. Although we have nothing against denominational churches, we choose to remain independent of denominational ties. Our Pastorial Team and Board of Trustees provide leadership and mutal accountability for the church. Most importantly, we submit to God's Word as revealed in the Bible as our ultimate authority.
Communion
If you are a follower of Christ, you are invited to join us in communion, regardless of your background. We provide communion elements every Sunday as a way of remembering the sacrifice and love Jesus displayed on the cross for us. Communion is a tradition Jesus established with His closest followers the night before His death and it has been practiced by the Church ever since. The bread represents His body, which was broken to free us from the slavery of sin. The juice symbolizes His blood poured out for the forgiveness of sin.
Worship
Our worship band, lead by Ricky Stroud, leads modern and contemporary songs which are meant to express through singing and music our hearts of love and gratitude to God. The band leads as we expierence and praise God through song, communion and prayer. We encourage you to worship freely and genuinely and in all things bringing glory to Christ.
Tithes & Offerings
At Creekside, we do not pass an offering plate at any point during the service. However, there are offering boxes available in the back of the sanctuary for anyone who came prepared to support Creekside and experience another form of worship to God. For your offerings, we thank you.
